The apartments are located in Dresden´s Südvorstadt-Ost district, not far from the suburban railway station Dresden-Strehlen. Through the park, Großer Garten, right opposite the hotel, it is not far to the old town´s impressive sights. There, a visit to the Semperoper opera house or the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche) is highly recommended. Take a stroll along the banks of the Elbe River and enjoy the city´s magical atmosphere.
Flat IV of 4 is only a few metres from the large garden, approx. 35 m2 in size and also has a balcony and a private bathroom. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. This flat also has a separate kitchen, which is equipped with a range of modern appliances, including induction plates and a microwave. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Dresden-Strehlen S-Bahn station and tram stop offer direct connections to the Old Town. Nearby attractions include the Semper Opera House, Frauenkirche Church, Dynamo Stadium, Hygiene Museum, the large garden and the Arnoldbad swimming pool with sauna. Dresden Airport is 12 km away from FeWo II - VI Altstadt - Am großen Garten and can also be reached directly by S1 or S2.
We charge a one-time fee of € 31.50 for bed linen, 4 towels (no bath towels), electricity, water, heating, tea towels, hair dryer, TV usage, DVD player usage including final cleaning
Note: The city of Dresden charges an accommodation tax of 6% of the invoice amount. Everyone who visits Dresden for professional reasons is tax-exempt. And another note:
On arrival we ask for a deposit of € 50, which must be paid in cash. It serves as security for furniture and devices. The amount will be refunded in cash immediately upon departure, provided the tenant has not caused any damage to the rental property or the inventory.
