CANCELLATION:
We will provide a full refund on the deposit paid for cancellations made with a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the arrival date and no later than 6pm. This policy does not apply to Advance Planner rates. Please be aware that we will retain deposits on all cancellations made within this 48 hour window or for cancellations made using the Advanced Planner rates.
PETS:
No pets are allowed in the Club or bedrooms, with the exception of guide dogs.
SMOKING:
All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning charge equal to two nights room rate will be billed should you smoke in your room. Smoking is only permitted in certain areas in the Club at certain times.Please ask staff to direct you.
The Club is in a residential area. We ask that all guests leave and enter the Club quietly at night.
